After contacting me, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your free 20-minute consultation. Once scheduled, you'll gain selective access to the confidential client portal. Please log in and complete the intake questionnaire at least 30 minutes before your consultation. If the questionnaire is not completed on time, you may be asked to reschedule.
During the consultation, we will discuss your needs, treatment goals, and whether we are a good fit to work together. If we decide to proceed, I will review payment details and services and, if applicable, schedule your initial intake appointment.
Once we've decided to move forward with services, you will receive an email granting access to the confidential client portal. Inside, you'll find all necessary intake forms, including consent forms, policies, and other important documents. Please complete all required documentation before your first appointment to avoid any delays or rescheduling. You will also receive a custom link for your sessions through the client portal.
At the designated time for your appointment, log in to the telehealth session using the custom link provided in your client portal. Be sure to have a quiet, comfortable space to ensure a focused and productive session. This will help create the best environment for our work together.
